Congress registration can be arranged at the divisions of SAGMS or the secretariat that will be operational throughout the congress. Alternatively, you can send a postal check to the Organising Committee (congress Cashier Mr.Dimos Sioutis, tel.+30), or make arrangements with "Triaena Tours and Congresses" (www.triaenatours.gr). Receipt of payment is sent to the participant within 60 days (for any problems contact the Organising Committee). To serve participants, the secretariat of the congress will also be open on the eve of the Congress (Thursday May 8 2003), from 19:00 to 20:30. Registration fee varies according to date of registration and occupation and is:
*contact the Organising Committee on membership details Registered participants can attend all processes of the congress and are invited to the Reception in their honour on the night of Friday, 9 May 2003. Upon arrival, they will receive from the secretariat a bag containing printed material, the volume of abstracts and an ID badge that they must bear while attending the congress, and will be handed in to the secretariat for receipt of the Certificate of Attendance on Sunday, 11 May 2003, after 12:00. (Members of the Organising Committee will bear a different colour ID badge). The registration fee also includes:
To participate in the Medical Olympiad you must be a pre-graduate student registered in the congress. Educational seminars may have other prerequisites except congress registration, and you must also declare your intent to participate. Official guests and the Media have free entrance to the congress and Reception. |
